Turn a prompt into video

Describe subject, action, camera, lighting and style, and Kling 3.0 assembles a clip from it — 3 to 15 seconds. You also decide here whether to add audio and whether to go multi-shot. If you are only testing a direction, sending the same prompt to Kling O3 saves credits (about 75 for 5s at 720p, against 106 on Kling 3.0).

Bring a still to life

Drop in a reference image and direct the movement with a prompt. Because the subject's appearance is preserved, results vary less than with text alone. Start and end frames can be specified, which suits cuts where both ends are already decided.

Transfer motion from a reference video

Motion control extracts only the movement from a reference video and applies it to one character image. It does not build a scene, so it is dedicated to shots where movement is the brief — dance, poses, gestures. 720p / 1080p, up to 10s / 30s. For cheap volume work, pick Kling 2.6 Motion Control.

Know the cost before you run

The generator shows an estimated credit cost before you press send. The estimate is computed from model, resolution, duration and input type, and credits are only deducted when a generation succeeds. Failed jobs cost nothing.

Export in native 4K

Among the Kling AI video models, Kling 3.0 and Kling O3 support 4K alongside 720p and 1080p. Running 4K before the direction is settled gets expensive, so the practical order is to fix the draft at low resolution and promote only the chosen cut.

Make the stills you build on

Kling O3 Image generates 1K, 2K and 4K stills from text. It is the Kling AI entry point when you need thumbnails, reference frames or product shots before any video exists. Images made here pass straight into a video model as an image input.

Rework an image you already have

Kling O3 Image Edit recomposes an existing image from 1–10 references. When you want to change part of a shot rather than rebuild it, this lands faster. Output at 1K, 2K or 4K.

Kling AI can also raise the resolution of video you already have, rather than regenerating it. Useful when an old low-resolution clip needs to reach delivery quality without being remade.

Draft when speed matters

Kling 3.0 Turbo returns 720p / 1080p quickly. No audio. Contrary to what the name suggests it is not cheap — about 128 credits for 5s at 720p, above Kling 3.0's 106. Choose it when you are buying the wait time; to spend less, use Kling O3 (about 75).
