What is new in Kling 4.0

Kling AI groups the Kling 4.0 upgrade into audiovisual quality, reference control, long-form storytelling and creative range.

30-second takes in one pass

Kling 4.0 generates up to 30 seconds at once, so a long continuous shot or a short story with a beginning and an end comes out whole instead of stitched together.

Ten keyframes to direct the story

Pin up to 10 keyframe images and let Kling 4.0 animate the path between them — character states, scene changes and story beats decided up front, like a director's board.

Up to 15 references

Combine images, clips, elements and voice for up to 15 references. Drive motion and camera with depth maps or reference clips, and recreate a proven video with your own product or character.

Stereo audio and HDR

Audio moves to two-channel stereo with better lip sync. 10-bit HDR at 1080p and 4K (coming soon) and the 21:9 ultrawide format push the output toward cinema grading.
