What is Kling 3.0 Omni? How it differs from Kling 3.0

Kling 3.0 Omni is the model that carries the 'unified multimodal' role in the Kling 3.0 series: text-to-video, image-to-video, reference-based generation and video editing in a single model. This page sets its published specification against Kling 3.0 itself.

One naming point first

The 'Kling O3' on this site is our own name for a lower-cost standard tier. It is not the official Kling 3.0 Omni — the names resemble each other but they are different things. What you can actually generate here today is Kling 3.0, Kling 3.0 Turbo, Kling O3, Motion Control and Kling O3 Image. Kling 3.0 Omni is not among them.

Kling 3.0 vs Kling 3.0 Omni

Same series, different jobs. Omni wins on length and input flexibility; Kling 3.0 wins on maximum resolution.

Different length ceiling

Kling 3.0 Omni generates up to 15 seconds. The Kling 3.0 available here runs 3 to 10 seconds per generation. If you need one shot to hold longer, that gap matters.

Different inputs

Kling 3.0 Omni accepts up to 7 reference images and a reference video on top of that. Kling 3.0 takes text and images (start/end frames). Feeding in more reference material to hold consistency is the Omni side's design.

Editing is included or it is not

Kling 3.0 Omni carries a video-editing path inside the same model. Kling 3.0 generates; it does not edit.

Resolution favours Kling 3.0

Kling 3.0 Omni publishes standard at 720p and pro at 1080p. The Kling 3.0 on this site outputs 720p and 1080p plus native 4K. If delivery resolution is the constraint, Kling 3.0 is the one that meets it.

Audio comes with a condition

Both support native audio, but on Kling 3.0 Omni you cannot use audio generation together with a reference video input. You pick one or the other.
